Website is Up

Hello hackers,

We finally set up this website. It is not entirely finished yet, so I put some issues in the issue tracker such as buying a domain name.

Having a website is important because it is a digital "home" for any organization. It is the most obvious point of entry to getting information about an organization. Also we are a group of hackers so we will love to mess around with editing a website.

I chose Eleventy static site generator because:

1. It is easy to use
2. The NEU Wireless Club uses it for their website, so that is an obvious place that we could go for help with our website
3. It is fairly simply designed, so it will be harder to accumulate tech debt

I chose the LibDoc starter template because it is one of the most popular Eleventy themes; therefore it has good support and documentation. I also tried to keep a fairly vanilla configuration so that the setup of the site more closely matches the official documentation.
