Welcome to our group!

We are a group of people (mostly university students, but all a welcome) who are interested in discussing and helping out with Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). Most of our events happen in the Colleges of the Fenway area of Boston, which is straddled by Huntington Avenue.

We meet up regularly to hear guest speakers, help each other with our FOSS projects (for example configuring Arch Linux), and do cool workshops. We love a good time of hacking together.

When we are mature enough as a group, we plan to give back to the FOSS world, such as contributing code to meaningful projects and increasing public understanding of FOSS.
